Preparing your manuscript
- Submit in English, as an editable Microsoft Word file (.docx).
- Include an abstract of 200–250 words and 5–7 keywords.
- Use OSCOLA (4th edition) for citations, with footnotes rather than endnotes. Authors from jurisdictions using other styles may submit in a consistent alternative style for review; accepted papers will be converted to OSCOLA.
- Use clear headings (up to three levels), 12-pt font, 1.5 line spacing.
- Remove all identifying information (names, affiliations, acknowledgements, self-revealing citations and document metadata) from the manuscript to allow double-anonymised review.
- Prepare a separate title page with the title, each author’s full name, affiliation, country, email address, ORCID iD (strongly recommended) and a short biographical note of up to 50 words.
- Include a declaration that the work is original, not published or under review elsewhere, and disclosing any funding, conflicts of interest and use of generative AI tools (see our Publication Ethics policy).
How to submit
Email your anonymised manuscript, title page and declaration to jetlg.journal@gmail.com with the subject line “Submission – [Manuscript category] – [Short title]”. You will receive an acknowledgement within seven working days.
What happens next

- Revision and final acceptance, followed by copy-editing and proofs.
- Publication in the next half-yearly issue, with an article page, PDF and full citation metadata.
