Open Access & Licensing
JETLG is a diamond open-access journal: free for everyone to read, and free for authors to publish.
Open access policy
All content is freely available without charge to readers or their institutions, immediately upon publication. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
No author fees
JETLG does not charge article submission, processing or publication charges of any kind.
Licence
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Anyone may share and adapt the work for any purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original publication in JETLG.
Copyright
Authors retain copyright in their work without restriction and grant JETLG the right of first publication.
Self-archiving
Authors are encouraged to deposit the submitted, accepted and published versions of their article in institutional or subject repositories (such as SSRN), on personal websites and on academic networks, with a link to the published version on jetlg.org.
Archiving and preservation
Every published article is given a permanent web page and PDF on jetlg.org. The journal intends to register DOIs for all articles and to join a recognised digital preservation service so that its content remains accessible over the long term.
